1.Shipping & Delivery
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by us. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order.
You are responsible for making sure goods are signed for on delivery. If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot and you will be required to collect the goods yourself. If redelivery is attempted you will be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us to make alternative delivery arrangements.
2.Privacy & Security
We regard your privacy as an important part of our relationship with you, our customer. Your personal details are treated as confidential and will never be shared or sold to any third party or organization. We no longer personally handle your Credit Card details at any point, this information is encrypted and lodged on the Stripe Payment Gateway.
When you Register to use our Shopping system you must first complete the registration form and create a username and password. During registration, you are required to give your personal contact information (such as name and Email address etc). We use this information to contact you regarding your order and to ship your parcel.
Storage of Your Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our website, this information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

3.Return Policy
Due to the nature of most of our products, we regret we cannot accept the return of goods. As we cannot ensure that fragrances and perishable products have not been opened, these are not returnable. Faulty goods are replaced as per Australian Consumer Law. No goods will be accepted for refund or replacement without prior communication. Goods must be received in the original condition in which they shipped – this means they must be re-packed using the packaging materials supplied originally. There is a restocking fee applies.
There is NO return of any fragrances or essential oils due to the nature of the product whether these have been opened or unopened.
4.Place Order
Online Shop
The product items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have registered and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to cs@hwagaemarket.com.au If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be canceled with no penalty.
The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rain checks on out of stock items.
Offline Shop
Local customers are able to purchase and collect their orders in the offline shops.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
CREDIT CARD
We accept either Visa or Mastercard. If paying via Credit Card you will receive ONE debit which includes the freight and your order enters the shipping queue immediately.
We do not record your Credit Card details on our site. Secure Credit Card payments are managed by “Braintree”, a subsidiary of PayPal.
However, if you wish to send these details separately, FOR YOUR SECURITY DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL. We request this be done as soon as possible after placing your order to expedite shipment. We will link your order to your Credit Card details and then process it. Credit Card Details and Declined Cards: We take your Credit Card security very seriously and we WILL NOT telephone you (even if requested) to ascertain your card details. Cards being declined are often due to to customers accidentally entering the incorrect expiry. We will email you if there is a problem with your card and ask you to telephone us or supply the missing data.
